Dzienniki Ustaw a ich dostępność i autentyczność
Szukając informacji na temat aktualnych aktów prawnych, przzeważnie sięgnąć potrzeba do Dziennika Ustaw, który jest normatywnym aktem prawnym skupiającym w sobie aktualne ustawy z wszystkich dziedzin życia i gospodarki, obowiązujące danym kraju.
dzienniki ustaw publikowane są na jeden z dwóch sposobów – w wersji papierowej i cyfrowej. Papierowe dzienniki ustaw otrzymać można do wglądu w publicznych bibliotekach, na uczelniach wyższych, w urzędach lub na wydziałach prawa, oraz w budynkach administracji państwowej lub chociażby starostwach powiatowych. Bezwzględnie każdy dziennik ustaw, udostępniany ma być obywatelowi do wglądu nieodpłatnie, jeśli tylko ma on ochotę na zapoznanie się z znajdującą się w nim zawartością.
W znacznie wygodniejszej formie, dzienniki ustaw są dostępne w wersji elektronicznej – gdyż można je znaleźć w Sieci, zarówno na stronach Internetowego Systemu Aktów Prawnych Sejmu, jak i na wielu vortalach i serwisach prawnych. Jest jednak pewien problem, który wystepuje podczas opierania się na wersji cyfrowych w Sieci, mianowicie, nie ma możliwości powołania się na publikację internetową, nie przysługuje jej bowiem przymiot autentyczności.
